Our History

Throughout its 40-year history, Chemco Manufacturing Company Inc. has redefined the art of coatings filtration and spray booth maintenance. Robert Spiegel, a chemist, founded the company in 1965. Mr. Spiegel recognized the un-met needs of wet paint sprayers for better overspray collector technology. In response, he developed and introduced the spun-bound fiberglass paint arrestor. First in its class the new technology paved the way for higher capture efficiencies and holding capacities, at a lower cost.
