Bag Filters, By Chemco

Bag Filters, or as some call them “pocket filters” are playing an ever expanding roll in the finishing industry. These versatile filters are highly effective at capturing airborne particulate down to very small micron size. Because of this ability, they are being used, not only to filter dust particulate, but are more and more being used as post filtration in wet spray finishing operations where extreme filtering is required such as in the Aerospace Industry which specifies this type of filter be used in conjunction with pre-filters to capture Chromates. In addition, they have proven to be popular and effective in powder coating operations where conventional cylindrical back-pulse cartridges are not in use.
